Easy to make watermelon fizz that has just 77 calories! It’s the best way to cool off this summer without all the calories and fat!

Watermelon FizzHello summer bod.

Can you even hear me? I know you’re upset with me. But I can feel it, you’re in there somewhere. Buried behind that large vanilla cupcake I ate yesterday. Cross from the macarons and the chocolate cake I gave into.

I can’t imagine summer weekends without a big ol’ glass of something cold and delicious to keep me going all day long. And calories are not my friends this week. Especially after making (and severely indulging) in desserts for my sisters grad party. See picture below.

See what I mean?

It’s time to cut this waistline some slack. Don’t worry summer bod. I’ve got ways to keep you and my sweet tooth happy. 😉 Watermelon fizz drinks to the rescue.

I love making drinks that require little to no work at all. These watermelon fizz drinks have a super short ingredient list. Under 100 calories and 3 ingredients? Sold.

All you need is watermelon chunks, zero calorie ginger-ale, and lime juice for a slightly tangy twist. You can add a little bit of agave nectar or honey if your watermelon isn’t sweet enough. Fortunately, my watermelon was perfectly sweet, which means extra calories for dessert… err… I mean carrot sticks.
