  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 and 1/2 cups fresh or frozen mangoes, cubed
  • 1 (5.3 oz container) vanilla greek yogurt (such as Dannon Oikos)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 6 -8 cubes ice (if using fresh mangoes, omit if using frozen)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve chilled.

Feel free to toss in ground up flaxseeds, chia seeds, or protein powder for an added boost!
