So today lets skip the bread, pasta, rice, and all that other jazz and focus on delicious recipes that are HIGH on protein and low on the carbs.

Thanks for sharing your recipes! I tried the salmon in aluminium foil. Quick, easy, and delicious. I seasoned the salmon an hour before cooking, and cooked it in the foil with lemon slices. I forgot to add the sauce before baking, so I added it before broiling. Very delicious!

I have many some of these recipes and they are pretty good. Some are on my regular rotation, like the Swedish Meatballs. Many of these look easy enough that I am going to have my boys make them for the family while I recover from rotator cuff surgery and only have one had to use.
